- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪This dentist is the most unprofessional person I have ever seen. He was incredibly rude and didn't explain the procedure that he planned on doing, he orders procedures that you don't need, and when you start asking him questions, he told me to go elsewhere! - ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪This dentist should not be in practice. He is rude an so his 80+ year old receptionist. She needs to retire. I rescheduled an appointment with his office twice because the receptionist failed to sent an authorization request, for crown work, to my insurance company. She lied to me and said she had submitted the request; however, I never got a letter form my insurance company. I made another appointment with a different dentist and the next day I called Dr. Micheli's office and requested my records and X-Rays be provided to me for that appointment, which was today. I went to his office yesterday and the woman at gave me bad photo copies of my record and claimed that only the dentist could email the X-Rays. I got to the new dentist's office for my appointment and they had not received them. Several phone calls were made to the receptionist at Dr. Micheli's office and again she claimed she sent them, but apparently to the wrong email address. She very rudely told the office staff at my new dentist that she did not have to email them again and that she would have to contact the office, another location of the same practice, and have them forward the email to their office. That other office indicated they never received an email form Dr. Micheli's office. His receptionist was so nasty to the staff of my new office. Dr. Micheli has multiple complaints against him with the ADA.February 08, 2017by Laura Still
