  Dennis is easy to work worth and was very patient in answering our many questions. He was able to save us hundreds of dollars on our homeowners and auto insurance policies. I also appreciate the quick response to phone calls and flexible office hours.

  Don't walk away from this agent...run! This is the type of office that is glad to take your money and call it good. Every time I've tried to contact them they're either in a "meeting" or busy. Email doesn't work either. Be prepared to pester them to get a response. In the event you get a response be ready to talk to someone who is angry and unprofessional and treats you like your an idiot. I went with this company for a bad reason. My Mom has been a loyal customer for years. (Again the only thing their good at is taking your money) When the hail storm this summer damaged our roof I found out I had a 10,000 deductible. Every roofer I've talked to is amazed at how awful my policy is. When I talked to this agent about making a claim I was pressured to not make a claim. When I did make a claim the adjuster for State Farm ignored my request to have my contractor be present when he inspected my property. I tried calling the claim adjuster to request my contractor be present...but he doesn't have an answering machine. I'm pretty much screwed. I just hope that this review helps someone else avoid this company at all costs. On a positive note it was very easy to choose a new insurance company that did better. The bar is set very low with your Canon City State Farm agent.

  Dennis is definitely the insurance agent you want. I am 48 years old, and have had plenty of insurance agents. Dennis is the first agent I have ever worked with that actually took the time to explain the overages to me, a very educational experience. You just can't find that kind of service anymore. If your looking for insurance of any type, skip the rest and go with the best.
